My car is an invaluable resource to me, as it is for many. Though it is older, a 2006 Honda Element, I have taken excellent care of it and it has repaid me with many miles of service. Recently it had a number of problems happen all at once. I took it to my regular garage and after an eye-watering bill I was told that I should be looking to buy a better car. At my income level I may as well have planned to buy a South Sea island. After driving by EuroAsian Auto for years I decided to give it a try. The service manager saw that I was pretty upset and he calmed me down. He assured me that things are not as bad as I was expecting. He offered me a loaner car and said that Daisy, my service dog, was welcome to ride in it. I went home and that same day the service manager called me up and said that everything was fixed and it was nothing drastic. In gratitude I filled the tank of the loaner car and drove over. All the problems and fixes were explained and the idea of looking for another car was dismissed out of hand. I gladly paid the bill, which was quite reasonable and drove home greatly relieved. EuroAsian is one of the finest businesses that I ever dealt with in Lane County. I'm indebted to the service manager for helping me deal with the panic I was feeling when I first pulled in. His depth of knowledge of my car and its strange failures was very reassuring. I'm already making a list of the little niggly things that I'd like fixed on my Honda and EuroAsian will be my choice for service.
