Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It turned out that the problem (a leak in an axle seal) was covered by a warrantee on an earlier repair elsewhere, so we'll have the work done at that shop under warrantee, but I was impressed by EuroAsian's helpful attitude (and by the modest charge for the diagnosis and the transmission fluid you added).
