Excellent, prompt service. Especially appreciated receiving and estimate, and then when they actually worked on fixing the problem, they found they didn't need to replace a part they thought they would, and so my final bill was less than the estimate, a pleasant surprise.

Fast, friendly, and always looking out for the customer. They only do what is required and keep you informed of all your options.

Wouldn't take the time to do a quote over the phone. Seems that the other Euro specialists have no problem with quotes. Makes we question how much they actually care about their customers. Too bad.
