As usual, EuroAsian treated us in a way that very few businesses do anymore. They partnered with us in the care of our vehicle, made thoughtful, reasonable recommendations, and did what was in the best interests of us as their customers. They are unfailingly pleasant, prompt and capable, and I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done on any of our vehicles. They remain my absolute "go to shop" for anything and everything related to the care and feeding of our cars.

Recently moved to Eugene and needed a great shop for my Audi as it is getting up in years. More than one person recommended EuroAsian. I found the entire experience to be stress-free and wouldn't hesitate to recommend EuroAsian to my friends or family. They were honest about a potential issue but suggested we take a "wait and see" approach rather than jumping to an expensive repair which may not even be warranted.

I'd been having intermittent problems with a check-engine code for about six years before finally taking my Lexus into Euro-Asian. Two or three mechanics before that would guess at the cause, reset the code, throw parts at the car, but the problem always came back. Ryan and his crew diagnosed the problem, tested and retested the repair, and the problem is solved for good. I can tell they pride themselves in accurate diagnosis and guaranteed problem resolution. We just took our Subaru in after the radiator blew out, and they were right on the case. Accurate, professional, friendly, reasonable. We're Euro-Asian customers for good!

Servicing my ACURA MDX for a road trip discovered deficiencies that needed fixing! We will be pulling a cargo trailer and carrying passengers so fixing was not optional. The guys were looking after us and I feel safer and our passengers will be more secure. Safety is not an option with these guys!
