We needed a brake job and a service on our Acura MDX. We were preparing to call for an appointment in a day or two, however we called much sooner, as our passenger mirror was clipped and broken (hanging by wires) by a stationary, legally parked car. We brought our vehicle in and Ryan said "no problem", but it may take a few days to get the mirror in (ugh). He called this morning less than 24 hrs later and said it was ready. I asked about the 2-3 day wait and he said that the part was found and sent overnight to Eugene and installed this morning. Thanks EA for being so timely.

I initially took my Subaru to Euro-Asian because that's where the previous owners went, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ryan and the team there are fantastic.
