Great service once again. We were in the area and stopped by to make an appointment for a maintenance service. Ryan (manager) said "how about now"? We had time so it worked out. In the past we have taken advantage of the always offered loaner car. They even have a loaner bicycle. Very friendly staff.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Ryan and the technician Justin were polite. Ryan answered many of the questions I had related to my vehicle with professionalism and knowledge. The oil change was done quickly and other services noted were explained in great detail. Thanks again for everything.

Great friendly service - glad EuroAsian is my car service home, have been three visits so far for my routine maintenance. I was a bit alarmed when calling for an appointment and warned that according to mileage I was going to be due for a timing belt replacement expense - that didn't sound right to me, so I checked my manual and sure enough my element has a timing chain, not a belt, so not an issue. I'm sure this would have been reveled at the shop, but unnecessary anticipation for an inaccurate possible spendy procedure was not welcomed...

Thank you for your accurate and honest review. We apologize for the unwelcome anticipation and our mistake. We have learned from this scenario and have implemented steps to keep this from happening in the future. As you stated, phone quotes can be inaccurate and often times incorrect in pricing. You have helped us carve a new way of estimating procedures by having a customers car here before offering pricing. Thank you again for letting us know about this issue and helping us improve.
