I brought my 2003 Subaru Impreza in for a peculiar intermittent stuttering problem of the engine in certain driving situations. The tech (Justin) accessed the computer trouble codes for a misfire in one of the cylinders. Using his sleuthing skills he was able to identify the problem to a defective spark plug wire. A simple solution for a problem that could have been caused by many things. I appreciate Justin's and Bryan's emphasis on identifying and repairing only what was needed to get my car running well again (and saving money on unnecessary repairs or trouble-shooting.
