The guys at the shop were able to get my car in quickly. The initial diagnosis and simple fix we hoped would fix it didn't end up working, but I took it back in and they were able to take the next step and replace some parts to get it back to normal. The first day my car was in, I didn't get a call back like I was expecting and had to call at closing to check on the status. I also had some trouble in that I never received a cellphone voice message they said they left me, saying that they were sent the wrong parts and it would be another day to fix (my wife ended up driving in thinking the car would be done as I hadn't notified her it wouldn't be). Despite these minor issues, the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
