Wouldn't take the time to do a quote over the phone. Seems that the other Euro specialists have no problem with quotes. Makes we question how much they actually care about their customers. Too bad.

Daughter's car smelled of oil. Called Euro-Asian. They gave an estimate to diagnose the situation. Once they had the car they found the problem in less time than anticipated and were able to fix it for less than the estimate just to diagnose. I also let them know that a tire shop told me the belts looked old and needed to be replaced - Euro-Asian looked at the belts and said they were fine - they said I should review service records to see if the timing belt had been changed - we'll check that out and if needed will ABSOLUTELY have Euro-Asian take care of that for us.

I've enjoyed consistently excellent service here for years.
