I drove in without an appointment for a very loud noise from beneath my car. Travis didn't have a car available for me to use but he did get underneath the car and thought it might be a loose shield. I left the car with him and came back about 2 hours later. Diagnosed as a broken bracket, Ryan was unable to locate a part. The shield was removed, and I was referred to Goofy's Muffler who welded the bracket today and reinstalled. No more noise! The staff's willingness to extra time, go the extra mile, and make a referral in good faith to someone else is remarkable. I love these guys! My sister-in-law has been experiencing a nightmare with her Miata and Wayne's-- I feel privileged to have such a quality, reliable place to take my baby.
Gayle, Thank you for the kind review. At times the ethical and honest thing to do is refer business out. Going to a shop that specializes in welding would yield you a better job in this situation. We are happy to make the right recommendation even though it may not be the profitable one.
