Easy to work with, for out of town parents repairing students autos

Great service!

I somehow shredded the serpentine belt in my pickup on my way home. My pickup was overheating as a result. Triple-A towed me to this place. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had me fixed up and back on the road in no time.

I moved to Eugene a year and half ago and wanted to find a quality auto maintenance/repair shop. I got a tip to try Euro-Asian Automotive, checked out their web site and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed - the service is EXCELLENT! There was some missing info in my previous car records and Euro-Asian went the extra mile to call my previous shop so that only the necessary service was done. The work that was done was explained clearly to me and there were no unpleasant surprises. It's so nice to find an auto service shop that inspires such confidence. If you want to keep your car well-maintained, I highly recommend Euro-Asian.

I am a long-time customer of this auto shop. These people are professional and they always make accurate predictions of their costs for service, and of the amount of time it will take to perform the service. I feel confident that I am doing right by my old Toyota Corolla when I take it here. I moved to Eugene in 2007 and left in 2011. Now that I live in Portland, I still take my car here for care during visits to friends. I highly recommend this shop!

Made me MISS A FUNERAL! If they didn't LIE to me I would've given them 5 stars. I dropped it off on a Tuesday at 8 am. They told me later that day I would have it by wednesday at noon. I had to be at a funeral at 5 PM Wednesday. I believed them, but didn't get a call back until Wednesday at 5 pm.... They didn't even have the decency to call me around 12 and tell me they were running 5 hours late so I could make different travel arrangements. Made me look like pretty DISRESPECTFUL. What bugs me the most is they knew I had a time line and didn't even apologize. Cons: NOT the local business service I thought I was paying for Overpriced They lied to me... Pro: Solid work Personable employees P.S. Friend told me it was an industry standard to be "misleading"... So, I'm guessing I would've been bamboozled wherever I went...

Always trusted these guys with our German cars. After trying some other places around town, I found Euroasian to be among the most honest and reliable. Rates are pretty reasonable for German cars, especially compared to dealership rates.

I took my car here after my window motor broke. I am a poor college student who knows nothing about cars and so I always get nervous going to a new place that they might try to rip me off. But they were really nice and very patient with me as I was trying to make a decision about the cheapest way to fix what needed to be fixed. It took a few hours, but they did a great job on my window and my air conditioning fan which was also broken. I recommend this place to anyone!

If you want professional, reliable maintenance on your car, this is the place. George Rhodes is an exceptionally ethical an dedicated businessman and that's the way he runs his businesses. His manager at Euro Asian, Dan, is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be done to keep my car running at its best. I appreciate that they will give me a vehicle to use while my car is being worked on, that's a real convenient bonus. I found their prices to be very competitive and I really trust this team of guys to take care of my car! Highly recommended!
