Hands-down the best service I have gotten on my car. They were very friendly and honest- an unfortunately rare characteristic for most auto repair places. George even took the time to show me my broken part and explain what was wrong with it. The service was super quick... they got the part over night from Portland and had it installed and ready the next afternoon! If you want kind people that you can trust, this is the place to go!

For two decades, I have taken my cars to Euroasian. Their quality and service is impeccable. I trust my cars with no one else, and they provide a tremendous value. In addition to repairs and maintenance, it's the only place I go to change the oil on my cars. I could change my own oil or go to a drive-through franchise, but I have it done there because they keep impeccable records and I know they will check out my car thoroughly and make maintenance recommendations. I rely on them for advice about maintenance, buying cars, service, etc. They are honest, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is like something from small town 1950s, but their knowledge and tools are state-of-the-art. I got more than 200,000 miles out of my last Toyota, and I intend to get just as many out of my other cars. Euroasian will make that possible.

The crew at Euro-Asian stand a head above the rest in Eugene. From the initial phone call to the moment I retrieved my car, they provided exceptional customer service and a job well done on my vehicle. The service was quick and cost-effective (they caught a mistake in the "other guys" diagnosis that saved me $230). They even provide loaner bikes furthering their mission to lessen their carbon footprint. Go there, you will be happy you did.

Euroasian has been servicing our vehicles since the early 1990's when George Rode made a housecall to start my aging Saab in a local parking lot. We finally parted with the Saab 2 years ago. Their shop is always clean. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. In nearly 20 years, we have never had a service or repair not done properly, promptly, and without unexpected cost.

They do a great job! They have knowledgeable associates and quick service. A pleasure to do business with such an outstanding establishment!

They keep surprising me by charging less than the original estimate for a repair. Quote: "We were able to get the parts less expensively than we thought, so we passed the savings on to you" 1991 Nissan Pickup

Great Customer Service !! It's very apparent that as a company they're trying to incorporate new technologies into the business... such as the interactive online appointment intake form (worked great btw). I checked the option for an email instead of a phone call reply because i'm busy during the day with work, that option alone streamlined the entire process. Very rapid and organized email communication during the scheduling without losing a "hometown" feel. I even saw a "loaner bicycle" you could use while your car was in the shop. Bottom line is this; most small businesses that try to incorporate technologies of rapid communication fail at implementing them effectively. Thats not the case at Euroasian. oo and the car service is done right, straight talk, no bs and no trying to sneak unnecessary charges *cough cough* les schwab on 18th. Overall, I was impressed as a customer and would like to see other small businesses step up to the plate with service in Eugene like Euroasian Auto has done.

Less expensive than other shops and great service. Absolutely trustworthy!

Why I like Euro-Asian Automotive. I just picked up my car today and they did the work as promised: on time and for a reasonable price. They deliver the goods. They have kept my 1997 Honda running flawlessly for the last 4 years since I moved to Eugene. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done and keep their eye on things that may need attention in the future. And they usually have a loaner car.
