Made me MISS A FUNERAL! If they didn't LIE to me I would've given them 5 stars. I dropped it off on a Tuesday at 8 am. They told me later that day I would have it by wednesday at noon. I had to be at a funeral at 5 PM Wednesday. I believed them, but didn't get a call back until Wednesday at 5 pm.... They didn't even have the decency to call me around 12 and tell me they were running 5 hours late so I could make different travel arrangements. Made me look like pretty DISRESPECTFUL. What bugs me the most is they knew I had a time line and didn't even apologize. Cons: NOT the local business service I thought I was paying for Overpriced They lied to me... Pro: Solid work Personable employees P.S. Friend told me it was an industry standard to be "misleading"... So, I'm guessing I would've been bamboozled wherever I went...

Always trusted these guys with our German cars. After trying some other places around town, I found Euroasian to be among the most honest and reliable. Rates are pretty reasonable for German cars, especially compared to dealership rates.

I took my car here after my window motor broke. I am a poor college student who knows nothing about cars and so I always get nervous going to a new place that they might try to rip me off. But they were really nice and very patient with me as I was trying to make a decision about the cheapest way to fix what needed to be fixed. It took a few hours, but they did a great job on my window and my air conditioning fan which was also broken. I recommend this place to anyone!

His manager at Euro Asian, Dan, is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be done to keep my car running at its best. I appreciate that they will give me a vehicle to use while my car is being worked on, that's a real convenient bonus. I found their prices to be very competitive and I really trust this team of guys to take care of my car! Highly recommended!

The only place I take my vehicle for service in Eugene is Euro-Asian Automotive. George and Dan run a first class operation and without reservation I recommend them to anybody who wants a high quality, trustworthy mechanic. Six months ago a tire store recommended an expensive alignment -- I took that information to Euro-Asian and despite the fact they could have made hundreds of dollars, they reviewed the information and said it wasn't necessary. You can trust Euro-Asian.

Excellent service! My grand total was $50 less than I expected. They actually told me that one of the services I requested wasn't needed yet. That shows that they are honest. They gave me a courtesy vehicle for the day, so no need to nag my friends to give me a ride and pick me up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hands-down the best service I have gotten on my car. They were very friendly and honest- an unfortunately rare characteristic for most auto repair places. George even took the time to show me my broken part and explain what was wrong with it. The service was super quick... they got the part over night from Portland and had it installed and ready the next afternoon! If you want kind people that you can trust, this is the place to go!

For two decades, I have taken my cars to Euroasian. Their quality and service is impeccable. I trust my cars with no one else, and they provide a tremendous value. In addition to repairs and maintenance, it's the only place I go to change the oil on my cars. I could change my own oil or go to a drive-through franchise, but I have it done there because they keep impeccable records and I know they will check out my car thoroughly and make maintenance recommendations. I rely on them for advice about maintenance, buying cars, service, etc. They are honest, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is like something from small town 1950s, but their knowledge and tools are state-of-the-art. I got more than 200,000 miles out of my last Toyota, and I intend to get just as many out of my other cars. Euroasian will make that possible.
